Job summary

Air Force Civilian Service is seeking a Senior Budget Analyst (GG-0560-14) based in the National Capitol Region, Arlington, VA. The role covers the full PPBE cycle, multi-year budgets, and coordination with the Chief of Budget Execution for the SAF/CDM Office.

Citizenship, TS/SCI eligibility, and mobility are required. The incumbent will manage budget execution, prepare analyses, and defend resource requirements while ensuring compliance with fiscal law and DoD directives.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for SCI.
• Must maintain Financial Management Level 3 certification requirements.
• Mobility is a condition of employment.
• Must file a Confidential Financial Disclosure upon appointment and annually.

Responsibilities

• Perform total spectrum of programming, budgeting, execution and review of multi-year budgets.
• Lead budget execution for multi-year/multi-appropriations budget and reimbursable activities.
• Develop guidance, policies and procedures for budget execution and interpret congressional language for funds.
