Job summary

Qualifications

• 10 years of budget formulation and execution experience.
• 5 years of experience with PPBE phases of the DoD budget.
• 5 years of experience with budget formulation, enactment, and execution.
• 5 years of experience monitoring organizational spending; reporting on funds.
• 5 years of experience with complex technical project management toward mission goals.

Responsibilities

• Provides DoD PPBE expertise and strategic resource management guidance.
• Coordinates complex projects across organizations, managing scope, cost, schedule, and risks.
• Assesses budget submissions and spend plans; prepares executive-level reporting.
• Develops funding documentation such as MIPR packages and ensures accuracy.
• Supports policy development, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
