Tharros is seeking a Senior Budget Analyst to manage government budgets and support PPBE processes within a DoD cyberspace program. You will track obligations, expenditures, and reporting, perform cost estimating, prepare briefings, and collaborate with financial teams to ensure resources meet program needs.

Active TS/SCI with poly and a Master's degree with extensive DoD budgeting experience are required. You will also assist with budget formulation, development, and execution, maintain

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly required.
• Master's degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of related experience (or a Bachelor's with an additional 2 years).
• Five years’ budgeting/analysis experience in DoD/government.
• Direct DoD or Military budget experience/background.
• Experience with DEAMS or DAI budget systems.
• Experience with processing outgoing MIPRs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage obligations, expenditures and UFRs.
• Prepare and track routing forms for NIPRS.
• Manage Travel and Supply budgets; oversee program element integration.
• Assist in PPBE process planning, programming, budgeting and execution.
• Consolidate information for CCaRs and coordinate with financial personnel.
• Prepare budgetary briefings and reports for management.
• Respond to financial queries and conduct outlay/obligation analyses.
• Track execution and support ad-hoc command programs and operations.
