Job summary

Tharros, a vulnerability research and cybersecurity firm, seeks a Senior Budget Analyst to oversee internal budgets, cost estimates, and financial planning for government missions. The role requires an active TS/SCI with Poly, advanced education, and substantial DoD budgeting experience.

You will manage obligations, expenditures, and financial reporting, coordinate with DoD systems, and support PPBE processes while interfacing with multiple finance teams to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly required.
• Master's degree in relevant field and minimum of 10 years of related experience (or Bachelor's with +2 years).
• Five years' experience budgeting/analysis within DoD or government.
• Experience with data visualization/tools such as Power BI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Obligations, expenditures and UFRs in DoD budgets.
• Prepare and track routing forms for NIPRS.
• Oversee Travel and Supply budgets and PPBE processes.
• Support budgeting and financial reporting for multiple programs.
• Coordinate with DoD databases and financial planning teams.
