Qualifications

• 4 years' experience in budgeting that included fiscal management and control involving use of quantitative/statistical analysis.
• Undergraduate core program in accounting, public finance, public administration or business administration.
• Graduate core program in accounting, public finance, public administration or business administration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly program and budget reports and analyze performance indicators.
• Assist in developing long- and short-term budget planning models and trend analysis.
• Develop evaluation tools for budget and program assessment and communicate findings to management.
• Attend internal and legislative budget hearings and review proposed legislation for fiscal impact.
