Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, accounting, finance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and review budget proposals and funding requests, including grants.
• Prepare detailed monthly budget reports and cost analyses.
• Monitor budgets and notify leadership of variances; take corrective action.
• Oversee grant spending and assist with grant close-out reporting.
• Enter budget amendments and run queries/reports in Financial Edge or Yardi.
• Ensure compliance with funding requirements and regulatory standards.
• Supports accounts receivable and prepares budgets and forecasts as needed.
