Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Budget & Acquisition Analyst in Chantilly, VA to support budgeting and procurement for national security programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports budgeting and acquisition processes for government procurement.
• Develops and drafts acquisition pre-award documentation.
• Performs cost-benefit analyses to evaluate funding options.
• Works with senior managers to develop and monitor the organization’s budget.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and timelines.
