SpaceXAI is seeking an experienced BSA/AML Investigator to help detect, prevent, and report financial crimes. As part of the Legal & Compliance Team, you will support the BSA/AML Program for X Corp and handle complex alerts, SARs, and compliance tasks.

The role is full-time with a Saturday–Wednesday schedule; remote work is allowed on weekends, while in-office attendance is required Mon–Wed. ITAR compliance applies and SpaceXAI is an equal opportunity employer.

Competenze

• Hands-on AML experience in fintech or banking.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML laws and OFAC sanctions.

Mansioni

• Investigate and resolve complex alerts and cases from transaction monitoring systems.
• Prepare and file SARs with high-quality narratives and documentation.
• Assist with KYC and onboarding matters.
• Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence on high-risk users and transactions.
• Tune transaction monitoring rules to reduce false positives while maintaining detection.
• Mentor junior team members on investigation techniques and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Legal on compliance initiatives and new products.
• Maintain expertise in evolving BSA/AML/OFAC regulations and FinCEN guidance.
