Job summary

Needham Bank in Needham, MA seeks a BSA Officer to lead the BSA/AML and OFAC program under the Chief Risk Officer. Responsibilities include policy development, risk assessment, onboarding, SAR/CTR monitoring, and reporting to executives and the Board.

You will drive KYC/CIP processes, vendor risk reviews, staff training, and regulatory liaison, requiring strong leadership and deep regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus specialized training.
• Minimum 10+ years BSA/AML experience in financial services.
• CAMS designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the BSA/AML program and risk assessments.
• Oversee onboarding, SARs, CTRs, and OFAC screening.
• Lead training and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Report to executive management and the Board on compliance matters.
