Job summary

Needham Bank is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support BSA/AML risk identification, prevention and related governance activities. The role focuses on maintaining data integrity, regulatory reporting and adherence to Bank Secrecy Act standards within a compliant environment.

You will conduct alert reviews, investigations and monitoring using AML/Fraud tools, while collaborating with business units to mitigate risk and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC regulations and bank policies.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for reports and business correspondence.
• Identify operational and system control gaps and propose solutions to management.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update risk-related data in internal systems with accuracy and completeness.
• Perform BSA/AML alert reviews, investigations, CTR/SAR filing and enhanced due diligence as needed.
• Monitor accounts/transactions using AML/Fraud software and various reports.
• Research high-risk transactions to identify possible fraud or money laundering.
• Ensure timely regulatory report submissions and customer monitoring tasks.
