The ideal candidate has 2+ years in BSA/audit environments, strong investigative skills, and relevant certifications (CAMS/CFE/CPA/CIA). Salary ranges reflect market norms for Colorado in financial services.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, AML regulations and enforcement policies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent with banking experience considered.
• 2+ years in BSA, Fraud, or Audit environment preferred.
• Certifications such as CAMS, CFE, CPA, CIA, CRCM, PMP are advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and capable in data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to applicable federal and state AML laws and guidance.
• Lead AML/KYC investigations and SAR activities.
• Clear AMS alerts and support BSA reporting and recordkeeping.
• Maintain knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Assist audits and remediation of audit findings.
• Collaborate with other lines of business to ensure policy compliance.
• Resolve complex cases using in-depth investigative methods.
• Perform data research to identify patterns indicating suspicious activity.
