Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, Money Laundering Control Act, OFAC regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree or substantial banking experience in related areas.
• At least two years in BSA, Fraud, or Audit environments.
• Certifications such as CAMS, CFE, CPA, CIA, CRCM, PMP, or related.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Extensive investigative and research skills; capable of multi‑project work.
• Experience with Actimize or similar monitoring systems; SQL/Hyperion databases.

Responsibilities

• Perform AML/KYC due diligence and SAR investigations; guide other analysts.
• Clear alerts, file SARs when required, and assist with BSA reporting.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML laws and corporate policies.
• Support audits, exams, and remediation of findings.
• Collaborate with lines of business to ensure policy adherence.
• Maintain internal BSA documents and knowledge resources.
• Analyze data to identify suspicious account activity and trends.
• Assist with data validation for eFiling and related reporting.
