Job summary

Xlysi LLC. in San Francisco is seeking a Business Analyst with Adobe Experience Cloud expertise to join a hybrid team. The role focuses on Generative AI-enabled content workflows, API integration, and enterprise content management in a pharma domain environment.

You will document functional requirements, collaborate with AI/ML developers, and ensure alignment with Digital Content workflows and API-ready architecture across DAM, Workfront, and related Adobe tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• Proven experience in a Product Owner or Delivery Coordinator capacity within a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Strong experience in Content Supply Chain or Digital Content Management.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Express, Content Assembly platforms.
• Strong understanding of Content Creation, Assembly, Composition, and Modular Content workflows.
• Experience with DAM, Metadata, Taxonomy, and Content Governance processes.
• Experience in Requirements Gathering, Functional Analysis, UAT, Documentation, and Training.
• Experience working in Agile delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of LLM orchestration and prompt engineering for headless system interactions.

Responsibilities

• The BSA will have a strong technical background with a focus on Generative AI capabilities that generates and delivers compliant text, understands API integration and guardrails.
• Document and translate Agentic AI BPM workflow requirements; ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture and Digital Content Workflow tools.
• Map AI agent functions to source data from a Workflow Orchestration tool, generate draft content, extract metadata from DAM, and enable API connectivity for downstream systems.
