Silicontek Inc is seeking a senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to drive optimization and automation of the digital content marketing lifecycle. You will bridge marketing stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into Epics and User Stories for Agile delivery, focusing on DAM (AEM Assets), AEX, and Firefly.
The role requires deep hands-on experience with Adobe DAM platforms, workflow automation, and test leadership, including UAT, defect tracking, and cross-functional
Formación
- 10+ years of experience as a BSA in enterprise-scale apps.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise DAM platforms (AEM Assets) for asset lifecycle and governance.
- Direct experience with Adobe Express (AEX), Adobe Firefly, Creative Cloud, and Figma.
- Proven track record in digital marketing content lifecycles and UAT leadership.
Responsabilidades
- Elicit, document, and map requirements into Epics, User Stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira/Azure DevOps.
- Configure Workfront for content planning, routing, forms, approvals; manage DAM ingest and metadata governance.
- Integrate Adobe Express and Firefly AI into content creation, translation, and distribution workflows.
- Lead end-to-end UAT, track defects, and coordinate releases with marketing and IT leadership.
