Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in broadcast operations/technology with leadership of complex projects.
• Hands-on experience with broadcast systems, networking, servers, and desktop support.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design decisions and set local engineering standards.
• Own key broadcast and IT systems for reliability and performance.
• Plan and execute major local, capital, and corporate projects.
• Mentor engineering staff and coordinate with vendors and security teams.
• Ensure FCC compliance, IT security, and disaster recovery readiness.
