Addison Group in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Lead Broadband Engineer to provide technical leadership for large-scale telecom projects including fiber-optic networks, fixed wireless, and satellite communications. You will review proposals, develop preliminary tower designs, oversee construction, and coordinate field activities across the Navajo Nation region with regional travel.

The role demands coordinating with project teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving performance and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in wireless telecommunications, broadband engineering, or RF infrastructure.
• Knowledge of 5G and CDMA technologies.
• Willingness to travel region-wide for site inspections and construction oversight.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering proposals and develop preliminary tower designs.
• Evaluate RF coverage designs and site feasibility.
• Oversee tower construction and field installations.
• Coordinate site access, utilities, and permitting on tribal/government lands.
• Prepare technical reports and provide engineering recommendations.
