Addison Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead broadband infrastructure projects focused on expanding internet and wireless connectivity in underserved communities across Northern Arizona.

The role entails overseeing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, while coordinating with contractors, telecom providers, government agencies, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Construction or Telecommunications.
• Experience leading broadband infrastructure projects.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Establish project goals, scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria.
• Lead and coordinate projects from initiation through final close-out.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Monitor milestones, deadlines, resources, and project performance, adjusting plans as needed.
• Lead project meetings and status reviews with internal teams, contractors, and external partners.
• Monitor project costs, invoices, change orders, and expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Identify project risks and challenges, develop solutions, and elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and files.
• Review and approve employee timesheets and expense reports related to assigned projects.
• Evaluate project outcomes and recommend process improvements.
