Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years' experience; PennDOT experience preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or similar licensure strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage client projects including design, budgets, schedules, and QC.
• Develop and pursue business opportunities and new markets.
• Mentor project team members and manage risk per policy.
• Coordinate contract agreements and vendor relationships.
