The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of heavy civil construction experience and proven leadership managing large field teams. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of heavy civil construction experience with direct exposure to cast-in-place segmental bridges.
• Strong knowledge of balanced cantilever methods, travelers, and post-tensioning systems.
• Experience with geometry control, survey coordination, and bridge tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee segment sequencing, post-tensioning, geometry control, and concrete operations.
• Coordinate with engineering, survey, and project teams to maintain alignment and quality standards.
• Manage field crews, subcontractors, and construction schedules.
