Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of balanced cantilever methods, travelers, and post-tensioning systems.
• Experience with geometry control, survey coordination, and bridge tolerances.

• Oversee segment sequencing, post-tensioning, geometry control, and concrete operations.
• Coordinate with engineering, survey, and project teams to maintain alignment and quality standards.
• Manage field crews, subcontractors, and construction schedules.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, AASHTO, and project specifications.
• Resolve field execution and alignment challenges proactively.
• Drive safety, productivity, and operational performance on site.
