Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Estimator with a focus on bridge structures to lead the estimation efforts for complex projects. You will drive the structures portion of bids using advanced delivery methods and collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, and architects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in construction estimation for heavy structures, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction estimation for heavy structures.
• Experience with alternative delivery methods (D/B, CMAR, CMGC).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structures estimation process for a diverse portfolio of complex projects.
• Utilize D/B, CMAR, CMGC, hard bid, and progressive design build methodologies to deliver estimates.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and present detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects on design and construction challenges.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Mentor junior estimators and contribute to their development.
