LeoForce in Orange, CA is seeking a Senior Construction Engineering Project Manager to blend engineering expertise with field problem solving and partner with contractors to navigate complex challenges on aggressive schedules.

The role leads technical teams, mentors junior staff, and supports business development, budgets, and client coordination across the project lifecycle, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of professional experience in construction engineering, engineering consulting, or a related field.
• Professional engineering licensure required; advanced licensure preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor, and develop technical staff while collaborating effectively with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience contributing to business development efforts, including leveraging professional networks to support new project opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to growth of Construction Engineering practice through technical leadership and business development.
• Manage projects by coordinating technical work, schedules, and resources.
• Oversee and mentor junior staff in development of construction documents.
• Support proposal development and client coordination, including scope, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycle.
