Jobot in Salt Lake City seeks an experienced Bridge Estimator to lead the structures portion of bids on high-profile projects, applying Design-Build, CMAR, CM/GC, and hard-bid methods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction estimation.
• Experience with heavy structures and bridge projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structures estimation process for complex projects.
• Apply Design-Build, CMAR, CM/GC, and hard bid delivery methods.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and subs.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers and architects to address design challenges.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Mentor and develop junior estimators.
