Jobot is seeking a Structures Estimator to join our Minnesota team. This seasoned professional will lead the structures portion of bids for complex bridge and infrastructure projects, employing Design Build, CMAR, CMGC and hard bid approaches to deliver accurate, competitive estimates.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers and architects, mentor junior estimators, and build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in construction estimation with heavy structures and bridge projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead the structures estimation process for a diverse portfolio of complex construction projects.
• Utilize Design Build, CMAR, CMGC, hard bid, and Progressive Design Build methodologies to deliver accurate estimates.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Prepare and present detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for materials, labor, equipment, and schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to navigate design and construction challenges.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior estimators, contributing to their professional growth.
