Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in civil or structural engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in WA or eligible by reciprocity within six months.
• Experience with bridge design, construction estimating, and project scheduling.
• Familiarity with WSDOT standards and LRFD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare PS&E packages for bridge and transportation structure projects.
• Develop cost estimates and working day schedules for a range of structures.
• Review and assemble project specifications, bid items, and plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure contract documents are accurate.
• Coordinate reviews and participate in constructability/value engineering sessions.
