A. Morton Thomas and Associates, Inc. (AMT) is seeking a Structural/Bridge Project Manager to join our Raleigh, NC office.

You will lead bridge and structural design efforts, oversee multi-discipline projects, and mentor staff, working with DOTs, counties, municipalities and private clients. Qualified candidates have 10+ years of project management experience, a Civil Engineering degree (ABET) and PE licensure (or reciprocity within 6 months).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited institution; PE licensure or reciprocity within 6 months.
• 10+ years of project and client management experience with significant project exposure.
• Strong communication, leadership, planning and mentoring skills.
• Willingness to travel locally; valid driver's license.
• Experience with DOT and multi-discipline bridge projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical role on bridge or structural design projects.
• Plan, direct, and monitor mid-to-large multi-discipline projects with high technical complexity.
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contracts and production meetings.
• Coordinate schematic, design development and contract document sessions.
• Ensure deliverables meet standards and client/AMT requirements.
• Coordinate staffing and workload across project development.
• Mentor junior staff and support QA/QC reviews.
• Maintain professional engineering registration.
