The role focuses on structural and bridge design, plan development, conditions inspections, and CAD support for diverse projects across our footprint. May 2027 start after graduation. The candidate should have a BS in Civil Engineering, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn under experienced staff, with potential for career growth in a collaborative

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• EIT preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Willingness to perform hands-on bridge condition inspection and work at heights.
• Experience with bridge analysis and design software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support structural and bridge design and analysis.
• Inspect structures and develop plans including CAD support.
• Collaborate with discipline staff and attend project meetings.
