Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from ABET accredited program.
• PE licensure or ability to obtain via reciprocity within 6 months.
• 10+ years of project and client management experience.
• Strong design and technical skills in bridges and transportation.
• Proficiency with applicable software and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical role on bridge or structural design projects.
• Direct and monitor multi-discipline bridge projects with technical complexity.
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing and meetings.
• Coordinate staffing and workload to complete documents on schedule.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure QA/QC of bridge plans.
• Maintain professional engineering licensure and travel as needed.
