Job summary

The ideal candidate has a PE license, 10+ years of bridge experience, and strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a focus in structural engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• 10+ years of bridge and structural design experience.
• PE License.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and performance management for the bridge team, including potential direct reports.
• Lead technical and structural design from preliminary through construction.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; manage subconsultants as needed.
• Coordinate with disciplines and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Prepare progress reports and manage client communications and project status updates.
