Job summary

RNGD is seeking a Bridge and Heavy Civil Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects in the Southeast. You will drive project strategy, cost control, safety, quality, and stakeholder coordination across multiple offices and sites.

The role requires directing field teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements. Travel to project sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of heavy civil construction experience.
• Experience managing bridge and heavy civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned bridge and heavy civil projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop execution plans, staffing, procurement, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Monitor safety, quality, and environmental compliance across sites.
• Manage change orders, claims support, and cost control activities.
• Provide leadership to project teams and mentor junior staff.
