Job summary

RNGD is seeking a Structural Steel Project Manager to lead complex steel projects from award through closeout, ensuring safe, profitable, on-time delivery in line with RNGD standards.

You will coordinate detailing, fabrication, delivery, erection, and closeout while managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and stakeholder communications across design partners, general contractors, and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive project management experience in structural steel fabrication/erection.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural drawings and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and procurement.
• Coordinate detailing, fabrication, delivery, and erection.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project closeout.
• Lead client and team communications and risk mitigation.
