RNGD is seeking a Superintendent to lead field execution of infrastructure projects across our Southeast portfolio from our New Orleans area operations. You will oversee on-site leadership, drive efficiency, ensure safety, and coordinate with subcontractors, owners, and internal teams to meet project goals.

The role requires strong knowledge of civil construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel to active jobsites.

Formación

• 6+ years of field leadership in civil or infrastructure construction.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to active construction sites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead field execution of infrastructure work across multiple projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality.
• Coordinate subcontractor kick-off meetings and align scope, schedule, safety, and quality expectations.
• Monitor production and field performance, adjusting strategies to meet budget and timelines.
• Log and report daily progress, safety documentation, inspections, and work plans.
• Coach and develop a high-performance project team and maintain client relationships.
• Monitor financial performance and identify risks with mitigation strategies.
