CEC is seeking a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer with expertise in bridge and transportation projects to provide technical leadership and guide our Transportation Practice in Oklahoma City. You’ll manage complex projects from pursuit through design and construction, mentor teams, and build trusted client relationships while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Collaborate with DOTs and clients to develop solutions, manage budgets, and contribute to CEC’s growth in transportation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering from ABET-accredited university (Master’s preferred)
• Eight or more years of progressive experience in structural bridge engineering
• PE and SE licenses required; if not licensed in OK/TX/AR, must obtain within six months
• Experience with bridge design/transportation projects
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation; Bentley OpenBridge and MDX preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead project tasks and serve as client contact; may manage multiple complex projects
• Develop estimates, pricing, scoping, and marketing strategies
• Prepare structural calculations, modeling, analysis, and design for bridges
• Direct drafting of plans and construction documents; review RFIs
• Mentor project teams and ensure QC/QA compliance
• Manage billing, budgets, and client relationship development
