Job summary

STV Incorporated is seeking a Senior Structural Bridge Engineer-Project Manager in Oklahoma City to lead bridge design and rehabilitation projects, oversee analysis, design, and inspection, and mentor a growing team. The role combines technical leadership with business development across highway, rail, and pedestrian structures.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years in structural/bridge design, and a Oklahoma PE license or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive structural/bridge design experience
• PE license in Oklahoma (or ability to obtain)
• Proven project management skills with ability to plan and coordinate work to meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage bridge design and rehabilitation projects from planning through delivery
• Provide technical oversight for analysis, design, and inspection of bridges and related structures
• Mentor and develop structural staff supporting transportation projects
• Support business development by contributing to proposals and client interviews
