Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) seeks a Bridge Engineering Senior Project Manager for our Cleveland, OH office. You will lead bridge design and project delivery while growing our Ohio practice and mentoring teams of engineers and designers.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) registration in OH or eligible for reciprocity within 6 months.
• 15+ years of proven experience in bridge design, including leadership on design-build and design-bid-build projects.
• Strong communication, leadership and technical skills to lead a team of structural engineers and CADD technicians.
• Extensive client contacts, business development, writing proposals, scopes, and budgeting.

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of bridge projects to ensure client satisfaction.
• Drive business development and market growth in Ohio and surrounding regions.
• Build relationships with client decision-makers and identify upcoming opportunities.
• Collaborate on pursuits, proposals, scopes, and schedules.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary teams including geotechnical, roadway, and permitting staff.
• Ensure QA and technical excellence across project documentation.
• Ensure profitability, resource allocation, and smooth transitions of work to staff.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Lead a team delivering bridge design, rehabilitation, inspection and load rating for OH area clients.
