Fuss & O'Neill, a leading New England-based engineering firm, seeks a Senior Bridge Engineer/Project Manager to lead Vermont bridge projects, coordinate with highway teams, and manage budgets and schedules. The role includes QA/QC oversight and client relationship management, with occasional work across New England.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in bridge design, a PE license, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with Structural focus.
• PE license in VT/NH/ME or ability to obtain.
• 15+ years of progressive bridge design experience; VT project exp preferred.
• Experience managing bridge projects for state DOTs and municipalities.
• Familiarity with AASHTO LRFD and QA/QC processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage bridge projects for VTrans and municipal clients from initiation through construction.
• Serve as the primary PM for bridge rehabilitation and replacement projects.
• Coordinate with highway and traffic design leads for integrated solutions.
• Develop and monitor budgets, schedules, staffing, and resources.
• Lead QA/QC and technical reviews; ensure client satisfaction and delivery.
