Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required with 4+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 3+ years, or PhD with 2+ years.
• Experience in bridge project delivery and design calculations, and ability to mentor junior staff.
• Proficiency in design software and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work within schedule and hours provided.
• Assist in development of project specifications.
• Develop discipline-specific engineering elements like reports, designs and plans.
• Coordinate and improve productivity of project team members.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced staff.
• Collaborate with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
• Perform quality control reviews of deliverables.
• Assist with planning schedules and workload distribution.
