Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 6 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 5 years, or PhD with 4 years.
• Strong ability to plan and coordinate across multiple technical disciplines.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables on time, within budget and scope.

Responsibilities

• Plan and distribute discipline-specific work, adhering to schedule and budget.
• Assist in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation.
• Develop scope of work and level of effort for projects and assignments.
• Oversee completeness and accuracy of project team’s work; mentor the team.
• Coordinate technical aspects with client counterparts and partnering staff.
• Collaborate with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
