A leading engineering firm is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer to join their Bridge Team in Indianapolis, IN. You will lead complex engineering projects, provide expert consultation, and mentor junior engineers. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, a PE license, and at least 10 years of experience in bridge engineering. This role offers a salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 and the chance to make significant contributions to transportation infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years progressive engineering experience required; bridge experience desired.
• ODOT or INDOT experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution of complex engineering designs, reports, and specifications.
• Provide expert consultation and resolve technical issues in bridge engineering.
• Guide and mentor junior engineering staff.
