Stantec’s Bridges and Structures team in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer to lead design, calculations, and project delivery for transportation infrastructure. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with AASHTO/ACI/AISC and GDOT standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required; structural emphasis a plus.
• DOT design experience required; GDOT preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of structural engineering experience on bridges and transportation structures.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage structural aspects of projects and multi-disciplinary projects.
• Lead design tasks and our quality control process.
• Prepare structural design calculations, plans, and contract documents per AASHTO/ACI/AISC/GDOT standards.
• Mentor staff for high performance and professional development.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices and disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage resources to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Assist in pursuit of projects including fee estimates and proposals.
• Participate in interviews and hiring of new staff.
