Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 3+ years, or PhD with 2+ years.
• Experience with design calculations, technical reports, and engineering plans.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MicroStation and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work within the schedule and hours provided.
• Assist in development of project specifications.
• Develop discipline-specific engineering elements like reports, designs, and plans.
• Coordinate and improve team productivity.
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff.
• Collaborate with multiple disciplines on projects.
• Perform quality control reviews of engineering deliverables.
• Assist with scheduling and workload distribution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
