Job summary

Stantec’s New England Transportation group seeks a highly experienced Structural Design Team Leader with a minimum of 15 years bridge design and transportation project delivery. The role supports hybrid work between Burlington and Boston, MA offices, with in-office presence about three days per week.

You will oversee pursuits, technical staff, design management, project delivery, and risk management, guiding projects from planning through construction for mass transit and roadway initiatives in

Qualifications

• Experience in deputy design manager / design manager / quality manager roles on mid-to-large projects.
• Proven ability to lead design and construction of complex transportation projects.
• Strong skills in scope, schedule, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Southern New England Structural Team Lead responsibilities and mentorship.
• Oversee project design, planning studies, feasibility, and construction services.
• Develop client relationships and pursue new opportunities in MA and New England.
