Job summary

Stantec is seeking a highly experienced Structural Team Leader for our New England Transportation group in Massachusetts. The role is hybrid, based in Burlington or Boston, with an emphasis on bridge design and transportation project delivery. You will oversee design teams, manage budgets, and drive client engagement.

You will lead multi-disciplinary efforts, mentor staff, and help grow the business through strategic pursuits across MA and New England.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; MA PE license.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive engineering and project management experience with bridge design and transportation project delivery
• Experience leading the design and construction support of complex transportation projects

Responsibilities

• Lead Southern New England Structural Team.
• Oversee project design, operations, and business development.
• Manage contract tasks, costs, and schedule to stay on time and within budget.
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching and performance oversight.
• Develop client relationships to facilitate project activities.
