Job summary

Consor is seeking a Senior Bridge Design Engineer in Jacksonville, FL to provide technical guidance for due diligence, investigation, remediation, and construction of bridges and related transportation facilities. You will lead transportation and bridge teams from conceptual planning through final design and construction.

The role requires a BS in Civil/Structural Engineering, a PE license, at least 5 years of transportation experience, and proficiency in Microstation, AutoCad and Civil3D.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• PE license required or actively pursuing licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of transportation engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Microstation, AutoCad and Civil3D.
• Hybrid work model; field exposure may be required.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on a variety of bridge projects.
• Lead successful delivery of high-quality projects within budget and on schedule.
• Collaborate with bridge teams in all aspects of analysis and design from planning to construction.
• Identify creative and innovative engineering solutions based on project constraints.
