Ideal candidates hold an ABET-accredited B.S. in Civil Engineering, 5–10 years of bridge design experience, and a Professional Engineer license, with strong English writing and interpersonal skills. Hybrid in-office work in Florida locations is supported.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–10 years of bridge design experience.
• Professional Engineer license.
• Proven English technical writing and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Performs structural analysis and design of buildings, bridges, ports and other structures using industry-standard analysis and design software programs.
• Plan creation, design, and checking for conventional buildings, bridges and port projects.
• Assists in preparing and modifying reports, studies, preliminary designs, and detailed designs with all phases of structural project designs.
• Projects involve superstructure, substructure, and foundation types for various structural designs.
• Assist in quantity take-offs/calculations, cost estimates, and engineers' estimates.
