Job summary

SPM Resources is actively seeking a Design-Build Bridge Engineer in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Structural or Civil Engineering and significant experience leading bridge design projects. This position requires a PE license and the capability to work independently within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bridge design experience with increasing responsibility.
• Ability to work directly with contractors and owners and lead projects independently.
• Comfortable in fast-paced design-build environment.

• Help lead projects from pursuit through final design and construction support.
• Manage bridge design and design‑build projects independently.
• Mentor junior engineers and support skill development.
