Purpose Brands LLC seeks a Senior Creative Director for Brand Lab Studio to lead its in-house creative services across a multi-brand portfolio. The role combines creative leadership with studio operations, from setting standards to managing intake, resourcing, and throughput.

You will partner with brand leadership to elevate creative output, build scalable processes, and guide external partners when needed, reinforcing executive-level collaboration and seamless production across the organization.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading in-house creative organizations with hybrid studio models.
• Experience owning workflow design, resource management, capacity planning and production budgets.

Responsibilities

• Set and uphold a high creative standard across Brand Lab Studio outputs.
• Own studio operations including intake, briefing, scheduling, prioritization and delivery.
