• Education Required BS or equivalent work experience
• Experience Required 5+ Years Experience in brand strategy or marketing
• Experience translating insights into strategy and innovation priorities for a brand
• Experience conducting competitor reviews and analysis
• Event coordination and workshop execution experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand and experience strategies to advance and protect the BCBS brand across the system
• Translate research and consumer insights into strategic direction and briefs
• Synthesize inputs into clear recommendations for leadership review and cross-functional teams
• Lead defined workstreams within the Brand Strategy and participate in brand and marketing leadership forums
• Drive CX initiatives where brand, marketing, and experience intersect
