WRITER is seeking a senior brand leader to own the brand strategy, campaigns, and internal operations across the enterprise. You’ll shape how customers and employees experience WRITER, translating vision into scalable brand systems and working with product, marketing, and agencies to drive consistent, high-impact work.

You’ll oversee internal brand operations, encode guidelines into scalable skills, measure brand health, and partner with product and engineering to embed brand in the product

Qualifications

• 7+ years building brands, ideally at a high-growth B2B tech company.
• Owned strategy and execution, able to translate vision into action.
• Excited about agentic AI and encoding brand standards at scale.
• Experience managing brand agencies and briefs effectively.
• Cross-function collaboration with product teams and design.
• Built scalable brand systems and asset libraries.
• Fluent in measuring brand performance and business outcomes.
• Precise, confident written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative mindset with drive to raise standards company-wide.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy and campaigns from concept to activation.
• Own customer and employee brand journey across channels.
• Develop AI-native brand operations and internal brand skills.
• Ensure brand identity is reflected in the product experience.
• Manage brand agency relationships and briefs with clarity.
• Define metrics for brand awareness, perception, and pipeline influence.
• Build and maintain a scalable Brand Central with guidelines and assets.
