Job summary

ColourPop is seeking a Sr. Manager, Brand Partnerships, Collabs & Licensing to lead licensing strategy, pipeline, and deal-making to fuel brand growth in collaboration with the VP of Marketing.

You will build a 2-5 year licensing roadmap, negotiate with partners, and manage the financial performance of partnerships, ensuring collections align with brand and go-to-market plans. This onsite role is in Sherman Oaks, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–7 years in licensing, partnerships, or business development with cross-functional leadership.
• Commercial deal-maker with marketing sensibility and understanding of brand equity impact.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience drafting and reviewing contracts.
• Deep understanding of market trends, cultural shifts, opportunities, and risks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across legal, finance, product development, and marketing.
• On-site role based in Sherman Oaks, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the licensing and collaboration strategy with a 2–5 year pipeline.
• Develop and execute long-term licensing strategies aligned with brand equity goals.
• Conduct market analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with VP of Marketing to identify IP opportunities driving new customer acquisition.
• Lead negotiations with licensing partners and draft contracts.
• Manage day-to-day partner communications and timelines.
• Determine SKU mix, pricing, and opportunities for collections.
• Monitor financial performance and royalty revenue of licensing deals.
• Collaborate with brand marketing to ensure licensed collections align with brand vision.
• Engage with account managers to sell collaborations into retail channels.
